Homeshop18 — Complaint against double bed waterproof matress protector

Dear Sir, I have buy double bed waterproof mattress protector and received it on 22-12-14. I have not wash mattress not even once and it got torn. I am not happy with this product.I am also not satisfied with your operator when i had called them for this complaint. I have also send the complaint at www.homeshop18.
