[Resolved] Homeshop18 — complaint for fake warranty | |||
i bought a pair of shoes from home shop18 on 10/08/2014, the product code is 8487321 having three months full warranty worth rupees 499. its just not one month completed there shoes pasting out and damaged from everywhere. i also called customer care of homeshop18 a weak ago and they were not ready to even registered my complain but at last alot of arguments they took my complain and told me that within 48 hours you will get a call from manufacturer but still no calls. nothing. please solve this problem and provide me serivices committed. thanks and regard pradeep kumar t-10, moolchand colony, adarsh nagar, delhi 110033. mb.
