Dear sir,
With the reference to the above subject, i have placed an order no. [protected] which was received damage so i have placed a return request no. Hs[protected] on 03.07.2018 and your customer care dept confirmed that they will pick up my order with in 2-3 working days but still the same is not picking up till date and for that my refund request could not be process.
Hence, i am very disappointed with your service and i forward the complaint to the consumer forum.
