December 16 I received a handbag ordered from the site, the bag received was damaged with torn leather and dull appearance, homeshop delivrd a defective product to me. order no94327223 . Inspite of repeated complains and tickets to the site there is not a single effort to replace the product..absolutely no reply from the site..total customer harrasment...it is my last purchase from homeshop..i never expected it to have such a poor replacement service. U deliver me a defective piece and then u show no interest in replacing it...disgusting site...pls b careful in shopping or rather avoid it totally as there are more customer friendly sites at your service!!! Ps help in replacing the defective piece!

Updated by IQ08Homeshop18 called and asked me to sendback the bag to the address and I did as advised by them, they said they would refund my money within 7 days of receipt, the time has elapsed but I havent received any response from them. Where other sites are so prompt and efficient in complain handing, this site is harrassing me for past 2 months for a single return!! Never make the mistake in shopping with homeshop...one wrong purchase and u will get no cooperation in return...ony harrasment!!
