[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Damaged product delivered | |||
First I regret why I have not checked about the complaints on Homeshop18 before purchasing the product. I received a damaged product for which I asked for reverse pickup and did not happened so far. It is almost two weeks and the product is still with me. I have raised a complaint and they say that it has been escalated and no response on that so far. My order number is order no.[protected] Complaint number are:[protected] [protected] and[protected] I hope someone will resolve this. This is my first escalation outside. 3k is no a big amount of money for me but the amount of pain that homeshop18 has created to me, I will show them what and how an unsatisfied customer can impact their business if this do not get resolved. Bought a Nova Roti Maker from Home Shop18 vide Order No.[protected] but the same is not working since day2 and lodged several complaints over phone as well as online ticket but nothing has been done to sort out the issue. They only reply to be sorted out within next 48 hours which never comes till now. please help me out
