[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Damaged product delivered

First I regret why I have not checked about the complaints on Homeshop18 before purchasing the product. I received a damaged product for which I asked for reverse pickup and did not happened so far. It is almost two weeks and the product is still with me. I have raised a complaint and they say that it has been escalated and no response on that so far.

I hope someone will resolve this. This is my first escalation outside. 3k is no a big amount of money for me but the amount of pain that homeshop18 has created to me, I will show them what and how an unsatisfied customer can impact their business if this do not get resolved.
