I am sorry to inform you that T.V. is damaged.There is a crack on the screen. I request you to return and refund my money. I have already registered a complaint through phone. I am sorry to inform you that after writting this post to you I was told that I would get a phone call in 48 hrs. But didnot get the phone. I called up customer care on 11 th January and Iwas told that I will be called on 12 th January 2015 but didnot get a call. I called up on. 13 th January around 10 a.m. and was told that I will get a call at 3p.m. and in case I don't then I should call up at 1 minute past 3 and the call will be forwarded straight away to the concerned person. When I called at the above time I was said that I should wait and would a call from HS18 soon . It is 52 minutes past 3 and am still waiting for the call. This gives me a lot of anxiety and harassment . I have to hang up my work and keep waiting for an answer endlessly for no fault of mine. Thanks Anju. Was this information helpful? | |||
