[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Damaged Product received | |||
I have ordered 31 pcs container set from Homeshop18. The order number is[protected]. I got the order delivered today and paid Rs.1000 as cash on Delivery. The product which I have received is damaged also it is not as it is shown in the advertisement. I feel the container size is small as it is shown in the advertisement also the quality is not as good as they have said. In the local market we can get this kind of product in cheap as compared to Rs. 1000. I have requested for Refund and as informed by the executive it will take almost 20 days and that too they will send refund cheque, I don't understand why they can't refund through online banking.
