Dear Sir,
I have Filed complaints 6 days ago. My complaint no is :[protected].
I had a call from home shop 18. They said if i want to replace my phone. Than I have to pay money online. And I told them that i cant to do this as i am not having bank account. Than they said than we cant do anything for your issue.
First they sell defect piece and to replace that defected piece, they charge money,
I had a first time shopping from HS18. I thought HS18 is very genuine & good service provider. And please home shop18 don't prove me wrong.
I request home shop18 to Solve my issue as early as possible.
And I request Indian consumer complaint forum to look into my problem.
I am Attaching product invoice copy.

I want replacement of defected piece on the spot. i mean when i will return defected pcs, please give me new one at the time of replacement.
