Homeshop18 — Defective & Damaged Goods Received | |||
I had ordered some stuff from Homeshop18.com on 14th and 15th September. There were some vouchers which I had redeemed from Global Test Market. (I am a member of Global Test Market since 2006 and I normally redeem my reward points for cash). There were options of redeeming my reward points in Cash / Vouchers from various websites. I made the biggest mistake by selecting Homeshop18 The stuff I received was: 1) A Torn Backpack - Order No: 87703591 2) A used lipstick - Order No: 87587405 3) An incorrect jewellery set : 87572121 After repeated follow ups, I am always assured refund vouchers in 2-4 days. But the defined timeline just passes by several times. Also the other stuff that I received is of very cheap & inferior quality. Request you to intervene in handling this fraud.
