[Resolved] Homeshop18 — defective mobile phone not replaced/refunded | |||
I purchased a Beetel Phone model no.-GD777 through home shope18 with invoice date April 7 2012. From the very beginning the set was giving trouble and submitted to the local authorized service centre, initially the set was repaired but during December 2012 set stopped functioning and again submitted to the same service centre on December 10 2012, but till date the set could nat be repaired as such the service centre manager is showing inability to return the the set in working condition, even that i contacted to the service manager Shri. Upadhyaya ([protected]) at the last on 25 June 2013 he assured the solution of the problem. I submitted the xerox of invoice as well as all the relevant data. But till now i have not received any sort of compensation. Was this information helpful? | |||
