Homeshop18 — Defective mobile piece delivered and when taken back, they are not returning it. | |||
I had purchased a Spice 5 Inch(12.7 cm) Quad Core 4000 mAh Ninja Battery Phone - Stellar 518-Mobile - Watch - Sunglasses- Head Phones on 20th May, 2015 from Homeshop18 which was delivered to me on May 26, 2015. I found there was touch problem and immediately I filed a complain to Homeshop18. The costumer care executives told me to give my phone to the service center, so I gave my phone to the service center (FineFone Solutions, Jayanagar, Bangalore) on 11th June 2015. Till date I haven't received my phone. Its been more than a month that my phone is dying in service center. Whenever I go to service center they say that my phone is in company. And they have no idea when my phone will be repaired and will handover to me. When I call Spice company, they tell me to talk to Homeshop18 and when I call Homeshop18 they tell me to call Spice mobiles. Nobody knows where my phone is. And nobody is ready to either take the responsibility or to solve my problem. I have spoken to both the companies executives like more than 50 times but my complain is yet not resolved. And the executives doesn't not respond to my complaints. They're very rude and doesn't know how to talk to the customer and solve their problems. I am listening to this statement for the 100th time now. Every time I call up the customer care, or get the call from Homeshop18, they always say this line, " Ma'am, your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned team." If you really would have sent my complaint to the higher authorities, till now it would have reached the CEO of the company.
I do not want any more fake promises from you. I need my money back. Please transfer the amount in my account asap.
