I had purchsed BSNL Penta T pad which was suplied in the month of July, 2014. From the starting, battery was showing poor performance anddichrged within 2 hours in stadby position and key bord supplied was not in working condition.After 3 month i.e. in Oct, Tab was swelled and opened in one side which was inreased day by day and bended .I had lodge the complaint to Homeshop 18 and Pantel Ltd and they provided me address of nearest service centre at Kota but all address was fake and they refused for service.Again I asked for theservice center for Lucknow.From the 5 serce centre, Only DIGI Solution, Waqar haider is ready for service but he is demanding invoice of the product which was not supplied by you.I haverquested 3-4 times for the invoice / vouchre but you have not supplied till date.Only you are asking the IMEI no([protected]) and email address and I have told 3 times but not suppliedyet by you. You are delaying the process of servicing due to lack of invoice which is must for servicing inwarranty period. Was this information helpful? |
