Homeshop18 — Defective Product and now not returning my money

I bought a product from Home hop 18. The product delivered was defective. The product was delivered at my address on 29 June, as the product was defective I returned this product on my expenses. I followed all the instructions given by them. But till now I have not received my product. Every time I call them, they have the same repetitive answer that your request is under process in 3-4 days you will get cheque.They are mentally harassing me.Please tell how I can get my money back.
