[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Defective product- " imperial green by sempre of london" WANTED to replace it with "pearl sensation by sempre of london"

I have ordered a jewellery set named- " imperial green by sempre of london vide order number[protected] on 4th Feb". It found defective and inform the customer care. On 10th Feb, they asked to courier the product. I courier it on the same day and share the courier details. As per their records they received it on 18th Feb. I ordered a new product " order number[protected]" against the old one. I called him on daily basis to know the status but from 18th Feb onwards they asked me to wait for 24 hrs and disconnect my call. It's very uneasy for me. Dimple [protected]
