[Resolved] Homeshop18 — delay in deliver and no proper response from home shop 18 | |||
HI team, I have made atleast 15 calls to your customer care till date and tried calling given courier companies number also but no one pick up the call there. My order no. is[protected]. All most a month has passed but I am not receiving my order and no one tells me how to get my money back also. I haven't seen such a bad service from any company in my life. It give me impression that this HS18 is the worst company and does not care about customers. Sorry to say but I am not sure do you have management in your companies or do they understand customer relationship and satisfaction. If yes the please give me a call and explain me the reason of delay and deliver the product in next two days, otherwise please cancel my order and give me my money back. I am really sorry that I tried to buy something from you. Money is very important for me and because you guys are not delivering this product, it is increasing fight between me and my wife. If some thing happens to me or my wife, Home shop 18 will be responsible for same. I am from Pune, if it takes more than a month in Pune city, I hope in remote parts of India you must be take a year..ha ha ha.. Thanks for not providing services on time.
