[Resolved] Homeshop18 — delivered defective saree | |||
My order no is[protected], suborder no is 93506475.I have received defective saree from Homeshop18. It was described on site that it is "exclusive designer sarees by khazana- red and white" ; but homeshop18 delivered wrong and defective saree. Immediately after receiving saree on 28 november 2014, within 5 minutes, I have registered complaint (complaint no.[protected] and requested to take back saree and refund the amount of rupees 2799/- paid against it.I called them several times on their phone no. [protected], till date (3rd January 2015) there is no response from homeshop18. Was this information helpful? | |||
