[Resolved] Homeshop18 — denied to exchange the product | |||
I bought a pair of Denim jeans from homeshop18. But unfortunately the size of jeans could not fit to me. I called on their toll free number and they told me that their customer care executive will call be back. Few days later I received a call from their customer care executive. I requested them to exchange my jeans ad they agreed to it but they told me that with both jeans I have to send them free bees also which I got in a deal. But I was not aware that I have to return free bees also so I had used sun glasses which came as free bee. I told them that I just want to replace jeans only so please send me jeans only. You don't have to give me free bees again. But they replied very arrogantly. They told me that to replace your product you have to d us free bees also with jeans which I think is not understable at all. Was this information helpful? | |||
