[Resolved] Homeshop18 — did not refund my money after 80 days of my purchase

my order no is[protected] complain no is[protected].
i requested for refund cheque on my husband s name.
for this i provided all information through E-mail.
on 24 of September i got conformation mail that
they are going to refund my cheque with in 8 working days.
but its 10 th of October, after 17 days(more then 8 working days)
they did not refund my cheque.
yesterday i talk with there customer service officer PAWAN, then
I found that they did not have any update regarding this. they are
only making false promises . but they are not taking any action.
after 83 days of my purchase i did not get my money. 2999/-
is a big amount for me. i am suffering after taking cash on delivery
service of this online shopping company. please help me in this regard.
