[Resolved] Homeshop18 — didn't got the New Swingtel sw50+ sr.citizen mobile phone as replacement | |||
This is very shameful that Homeshop18 not taking care of the customer by not giving proper services. i am waiting for my mobile phone from last 12 days but didnot received the mobile. The whole process took almost 26 days but still waiting for the phone. I have not got even a courtesy call from homeshop18 since 20th december 2014. How such online shopping sites will get customers which are not giving proper attention to the customer complaints. Evey time when i call, they say the complaint is under process. They think that the customer are like jokes.Recently i have got a mail saying that it will take seven days to resolve the issue. It is like When a customer goes to a shop and ask for the credit, the shopkeeper tells him to come tommorrow and that tommorrow never comes.whenever i call they say that within 48 hrs. iw ill get a call but no body calls.
