Next morning when i wanted to use it i noticed there is no temperature control so i did not use it i am scared not to damage my hair. I called customer care to return the product and send me the better quality and am willing to pay more money but after calling again and again and wasting lot money holding the phone the guy told me electric items can not be returned. Being nri this was a very bad experience from home shop 18.
