I had ordered and buyer of this product. I had got wrong colour and the product was much smaller than shown in the tv. So i asked them immediately to return the product. They said there courier service will take back the product and they will give us the refund. But after 8-10 days when i ask them why no one take the product. They said i have to go to the courier service. I said that any other online shopping site doesn't do this. They said another executive will talk to me and kept me on hold. Then they kept me hold for half an hour. After such situation a executive took my call and said no it is not possible that they would bring the courier. I ask them when they brought the product the courier was available so why not now. They didn't took my request. And end the call saying thankyou for calling them. Was this information helpful? | |
