[Resolved] Homeshop18 — False commitment while refunding

I ordered a product from homeshop 18 of prettykraft 45 organisor piece for rs1200 and the order number is [protected]. Now when i check the quality, it was pothetic. When i call to return and refund my money, they said that money will not be refunded but will refund in ecoupon. I told them that i don.t nees u r ecoupon and I want my money. They were helpless as per their policy. Now they are playing with me and not intention to refund in my account. Please help since flipkart and amazon they refund immediately and homeshop 18 is playing with customer like this and not refunding it in term of money. Its a clear loot. Please take action and try to get my money back.

Resolved. Thank you so much. They called me immediately n on automated voice system they captured my bank details. And they transferred the fund to my account within 3 working days. Thank you so much for the quick action on HS18
