[Resolved] Homeshop18 — false informations about delivery dates time and again

I m one of the customers who odered wow anti hairfall range from homeshop 18 . They showed me delivery date of 25 on phone and 26 at mail. I waited and even at 27 no message regarding my order is given. Even on 31october they are unable to deliver the same to me . When i talked to their executives they behave very inappropriately and when i said that as per consumer protection act you can not give wrong information to customer. They said its your legal right go and file a complain and till now its 31 october they are sending me message that your delivery will be on 30 october
