Dear Sir/ Madam ( Home Shop 18 team) Ref : Model no : Spice 4 inch Android phone 402 IME # [protected], [protected] from online shopping at Home Shop 18 order no[protected] dtd 18/02/15 & Complaint no[protected] Dear Sir/ Madam, This email is complain for poor service, faulty product and no customer satisfaction at all. I collected the phone from your Borivali service center yesterday finally after so many follow ups. I gave phone to your service center on 27 Feb 15 and got it back after 26 days on 25 March that also with the same defect for which it was given to service centre. After coming home again i got electric shock hence tested it with tester which shows electricity current in the phone. I have a small child at home and cant put life of my child on stake with such faulty product which gives electric shock. Is your company going to take the responsibility of any hazardous event happening at my home due to this hand set? Please find attached a picture of the mobile phone with electric tester and you can see the electric current is there in the metal body of the phone while phone is kept on charging.
