[Resolved] Homeshop18 — faulty product & no refund even after promising for refund | |||
i had brought 2 dresses from homeshop 18 on 19 nov 2014 with order no. Order No. is[protected] & sub order no is 93048167 to gift my mom & friend on her b'day on 23rd nov.. but when i received the product it was something els.. i immediately filed complaint on 22nd nov so that i can replace it but they did'nt relpied me for 6-7 days even after making daily call's they give me fullish reason's of work load etc... and after 7-8 days when i requested them for refund they told me they will refund me but now they r refusing for refund & forcing me to get replacement... now that product is of no use for me after 10 days for continues calling & suffered b'coz of their no cutomer support... i need my money back with fine on them... for their mistake why should we customer suffer?????
