[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Faulty Product- Pearl Set

Hi, This is in regards to the order # 95964700 & sub order # 94506223 delivered on 14-Dec-14, however the product was faulty and in spite of repeated complaints being registered in the customer care department, no response has been received so far. Each time after talking to your reps we get the same formatted answer which says "the order will be picked within 2 days" which has never happened since then. Its highly disappointing to the witness such a lousy protocol from your end for any sort of customer grievance. The complaint # for the issue is[protected].
