[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Faulty product sent, wrong commitments by CSR's for replacement | |||||
I ordered Good to go - Silk PRo. It was a faulty product - not working properly. I asked Homeshop18 to refund my money in cash. They requested to order any other products of similar value. I did the same. After 48 hrs they denied availalbility of replacement products whereas the products were showing available online. However, I ordered yet other products as replacement over a call received from them. I asked them to confirm about the same on mail. They donot put anything on mail. Which genuine company would call u all d time n not write as confirmation. Now I get a mail about refund of the amount through cheque. The CSRs in thix company are trained to fool around with customers. Cheaters they are ... Was this information helpful? | |||||
