I had order crystal premium induction combo on 8th jan 2015 and was recevied on 12jan2015. but with great regret i have to say that whaen i opened the parcel the container was damaged. immeditely i registered my complain. complain no.[protected]. order no.[protected]. i am calling everyday and is reply every day i am receving a massage "Dear customer we tried but there was no connect for futher information. now i am fadeup of calling. i am not getting any satisfactory reply.please reply me as soon as possible. thanks your faithfully kamla srivastava email id [protected]@gmail.com mob: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
