[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Free dabur gift hamper were not provided to me | |||
I had purchased products worth 6200rs from Homeshop18. They were running an offer as per which they had to send me a gift hamper from Dabur. However, they have been ignoring my emails and not willing to send the gift hamper to me. This is an apparent fraud. Please let me know if you can do something about it. Kindly go through the orders, I had received an used JIOFi2 router which I am unable to use or activate this.I had been contacting your office daily & the reply is 'our concerned department is already working on
your complaint.We request you to please wait for 2-3 working days.This is their answre since last 10 days
Instead of working for the complain your company is trying the patience of its esteemed customer .

After a lapse of 21 days, I feel harrassed, lost every hope on the HS18. After receiving an old used product the customer is running from one section to another for activate the product.
Please Help me...
