We order a Product from your company the product quality is not good it has scratches we request you to replace the piece we give the product with his packing to the courier man after that no message will be receive from your that your product is receive or dispatched for delivery now its shows that the product is in mumbai it is custom documents are out for delivery what its mean the courier company said he has not receive any type of product

I would never buy product from homeshop 18 . It was my first nd last experience.. I made no. Of phn calls, but every time they said wait for 4-5 days.. This go upto 2 months.. It was worst experience.. Poor serive i would say
