I am so much upset with purchasing in your website and this is going to be the first and last time i'm purchasing in your website. If there is no return pick up for the product which is fault, then you shouldn't sell the product at all. Not satisfactory with the product as well as the service. Twice i have sent the courier but they couldn't locate your address. and moreover i feel awkward to complaint everytime for the same reason to the homeshop 18 customer care service.
