Homeshop18 — Homeshop18 is harassing customer for refund

This is complaint against homeshop18, as homeshop18 is not giving my refund for this order in spite of multiple reminders

I had raised my ticket on homeshop 18 and also called them multiple times to get refund on my tshirt which was short of quality. .
Please help em get refund from home shop!8 which is cheating and harassing me. .
