Homeshop18 — Homeshop18-Not taking product back and not answering my calll

I have ordered spice mi-506 from hs18 and i want to return it to hs18 when i call them they told me that it will get returned but when i call them they are not answering and not taking the product back i have also complained. My complain number is[protected] and my order number is[protected]
