The article was delivered on 12.01.15 and it went out of order on 19.01.15, just after 7 days. The upper unit of heater (operating on 400 wt) ceased working. It is really very frustrating and painful because we were so happy with the machine. I purchased the room heater from you on 31.12.14. The article was delivered on 12.01.15 and it went
out of order on 19.01.15, just after 7 days. The upper unit of heater (operating on 400 wt) ceased working. It is really very frustrating and painful because we were so happy with the machine.
