Hello My name is Anand Kumar Add Badi pol Jalore Rajasthan 343001 I bought a mobile KARBONN S29 by online it is delivered on 11 Novmber 2014. It has some Problem of Resarting the phone. I talked to the company theyu told me to resend. I resend it on 13 Nov by Pushpak Courier Jalore to Delhi. I have no msg or call from company. I called again and again to company but no response. Now I am writing this on 1 Dec 2014. If it will not do something in two days I will go to Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too had concern with product i had received and informed them within time. it took them two months to resolve my concern. decided to only purchase from reputed sites like Infibeam, Amazon and Snapdeal.

What will I do ? till today I did not get mobile or payment. they say only wait for 24 to 48 hours we will call u and tell what will they can.
