Homeshop18 — I need my money back | |||
Hi, Please tell me when will i get refund of [protected]. On 2nd october i placed an order with hs18 and then their delivery partner claimed by sending me messages on 11 th october, 12th october and then on 17th october. My sis was at home 24/7 for all three days when the delivery partners claimed they attempted to deliver. Which happens to be a bug lie. When called customer they said they don't have product in stock and they are simply playing with the delivery partner so that the customer is fooled for a delivery attempt. All done and dusted it was my biggest mistake to trust hs18 and order something from their site. I have been said by gati delivery partner that the product had been returned to hs18. Please return me my money back. I will request people not to shop for homeshop18 ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
