It all started 3 months back when I ordered a dress from u online. Because of size issue u immediately collected back the same. But when it came to replacement with another item then the big issue started. Every time I had to call home-shop & ask that when am I getting my stuff (for which the money was already with u) & every time some or the other call centre executive apologizing but my product was not reaching me. After one & half month the courier delivers a packet on which the same code & name of the dress material is mentioned (which I ordered )but to my astonishment when I opened the packet there was some other dress. Again I called them up to change it. It's already been a month, no one turned up and my 2000Rs is still lying with u. Now seriously, am fed up of calling & taking apologies. I want my money back.
