I am complaining about my 2 order which were ordered on 3rd nd 4th april but till today i am not get actual product.. 1st order is portable silai machine order no.[protected] nd sub order no.[protected] nd 2nd order is lotus whiteglow kit order no. [protected] nd sub order no.[protected]. Firstly i got the incomplete product and i am complaining aabout the thing customer support no.[protected] every time just told me wait for 24 hours nd 48 hours but after that hours they again told the same things. 1st tym when i received portable silai machine i am complaining that in the box there is no incomplete (18pcs thread) item nd led bulb is damaged they told me to replace and after replacement got same incomplete nd damaged product. Regarding lotus white glow last tym nd this tym lotus white glow 25 spf got 40 gms instead of 60 gms nd this also received one fantastic things i. E loyalty bonus got a blank paper.
Homeshop 18 is worst shopping channel nd intention of the homeshop18 is only harsh the customer.
