Dear Madam/Sir, 1. This is in complaint regarding my HS18 Order No.[protected], Suborder Order No.[protected]product: Two cotton denims in regular fit by Henry Hudson). 2. My family received HS 18 sub order parcel before 20 days by seeing delivery (FOS) No: [protected], item description henry hudson denim size No 36 on the sealed parcel 3. But today I found after opening the parcel it is size 30 instead of size 36 because I was out of town during these days due to my family commitments. 4. Immediately I talk to HS18 customer care (Phone No: [protected]) regarding the issue for exchange, they said, Product cannot be exchanged. 5. It is very unfortunate that how a big company like HS 18 delivering a product mentioning correct size in delivery (FOS) on the parcel and having in correct size in side the parcel after having all steps of processing management and quality control. 6. It is understood that somewhere or the other it is damaging company’s reputation. 7. Therefore it is requested that responsible authorities must take suitable action against the concerned person involved who did the mistake in Packing/despatch cell of the company. 8.
