[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Incorrect product delivered and not ready to replace.

Hi,

I ordered "singer atlantic senior cooler" dated 22nd may 2016 through homeshop 18 website. They delivered the incorrect product dated on 26th may 2016 named as "singer atlantic mini cooler" instead of "singer atlantic senior cooler" and they not responding us to replace this product. My invoice shows the correct product name but delivery is not correct. I have already made the full payment via hdfc credit card worth rs 6198 (Cost of cooler 5999 + courier charges 199).

Please find the below required details.
1) incident date - 22nd may 2016 to 26th may 2016
2) client number[protected]
3) desirable resolution - replacement of product without hassle
4) order number[protected]
5) invoice number - nitcdrh/drh/05/2016/7070327

Request you to help on this as they are not replacing my product and asking me to send it through courier to rewari address, then they will see what they can do. There is not my mistake as they delivered incorrect product so they should send the correct product to my home address and collect the incorrect product then and there without any extra cost and hassle.

you gave us the time of two days that we will receive the phone call but we have not received any call. May i know are you guys serious to correct your mistake.

When you are delivering the correct product at my home? Since 26th May 2016 to 2 June 2016, 8 days have already gone.
