[Resolved] Homeshop18 — issue of returning of product

i ordered a saree worth rs. 1499 on 2nd dec. it was delivered on 7th but the product was defective so same day i made a complaint. i was told that they will take the product back in 2-3 days. now its been 25 days nobody came to pick it up.i m tired of calling them every alternative day they always say we are forwarding the complaint it will take 2 or 4 days but all in vain. even i have spoken to the seniors/ ed department but they don't concerned.are you here to make people fool it was my worst experience ever
