[Resolved] Homeshop18 — It is the most pathetic and fraud online site I have come across | |||
I ordered a necklace from HomeShop18, to which they delivered me a broken neckpiece. When I tried to return the product, I had to bear the courier charges, which they said, they will return, but they did not till date. After more than a month, and numerous phone calls to customer service, I again received the so called "fresh" piece, which was again not upto the mark. I asked for refund, as I was highly disappointed by now. But, they instead told me to order some other product of that price; which I did. This time again I had to bear the courier charges. Even on receiving the product at their end, they did not make any communication. Instead, I made numerous phone calls, asking them the status, only to be replied "You will receive details by Tomorrow", which is yet to come. They have the worst and most inefficient customer care representatives, blaming each other everytime!! They are cheats, have looted my money and also did not deliver me the product!!
