I have not receive my handset till now . But action you are taken.Time period is TWO MONTH when i gave my set to Karbonn mobile service centre.
Last day 29.10.2014 i called your call centre and a senior level person told me that you take the mobile from karbonn service centre and send us and we replace the phone. Tell me, ' who will give me guarantee that i receive the replaced phone? Otherwise I loss my actual phone also.what type of service you provide to customer. Cheep
