I HAVE PURCHASED KARBONN TITANIUM S2 PLUS ON DT.15.08.2014 VIA ONLINE SHOPPING (HOME SHOP +18) AND RECEIVED ON 25.09.2014 AFTER 2 DAY THE DISPLAY OF PHONE HAS GOT PROBLEM AND GAVE PHONE TO KARBONN AUTHORIZED DEALER ASHU MOBILE CITY ROPAR DISTRICT PUNJAB ON DATED 01.09.2014 . BUT I HAVE STILL NOT RECOVER MY PHONE BECAUSE THEY TOLD WE HAVE REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT & UNDER PROCESS . I THINK, IT'S MY MISTAKE TO PURCHASE KARBONN MOBILE .I HAVE ALREADY CALL KARBONN CUSTOMER CARE FOR COMPLAINT NOS. ARE [protected], [protected], [protected] AND [protected] BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM . I have not receive my handset till now . But action you are taken.Time period is TWO MONTH when i gave my set to Karbonn mobile service centre.

Last day 29.10.2014 i called your call centre and a senior level person told me that you take the mobile from karbonn service centre and send us and we replace the phone. Tell me, ' who will give me guarantee that i receive the replaced phone? Otherwise I loss my actual phone also.what type of service you provide to customer. Cheep
