My name is gaurav sharma and my phone no is [protected], i purchased a lyf phone from ur homeshop18 site when i went to get a jio sim then relaince executive told me that the barcode with this phone is already remeemed so you have to call to homeshop 18 and they will exchange this phone with a new. regarding this I raised a complaint on homeshop 18 website but they didn't give me any satisfactory ans and asked me to go to relaince showroom.
