We online ordered for 2 sets of make-up bonanza by color care london on date 25/05/2016 with reference to order no.[protected], with cod payment of rs. 1998/-, we received the parcel on 31/05/2016 after making payment for 2 sets, on opening the box we find only 1 set of make-up bonanza by color care london instead of 2 sets. We immediately lodge complaint for short delivery on phone no:[protected]. We were assured of making the delivery for the balance parcel within a short period, however we received the parcel which contained only 1 product instead of entire set of make-up bonanza by color care london. Similarly we lodged complaint more than 7 times but every time they dispatched only 1 product instead of entire set which we not received and returned back. We have not so for received the ordered product for which we have already paid. We are your regular customer and we are sorry to express our unhappiness towards your service.
