Dear Sir, I ordered a product(love connection) from your online website homeshop 18 on 12th feb 2016. I read about the good reviews of the product but was highly disappointed by the service l received.Initially the product package wasn't complete since there was an item missing from the packet.then we contact to customer care and they told us to sent it back by courier. So we sent that package back by DTDC courier which costs us 310rs and we got the cheque of 97rs by homeshop18. Then the replacement item wasn't sealed enough so it for stolen spilled all over the delivery box. The box packing wasn't packed in a proper packet and the handbag which has shown in a product image was not delievered to us. So they are saying again sent it to homeshop18 by courier. It already costs us 200rs more. We can not afford this much. We want our cash refund n reverse pick up. This is not our fault so we will not gonna pay a single penny for that. You can check the records that we are buying from this website like years. Please respond to the message.I am highly disappointed this time. All the details are attached here.
