I had placed an online order for 4 tops costing Rs. 1000/- plus delivery charges . The tops did not fit me at all and hence I returned the same by courier on 13th August 16 to the address mentioned by Homeshop18 for which I got a confirmation. Two whole weeks have passed but still I have not received my refund. Every time I call I get the same reply that they have received the consignment and I will receive my refund in 7-8 working days. I courier and previously they confirmed will refund courier charges as well its Rs. 310/-
Its almost 2 months have passed but still I have not received my refund.
Every time I call I get the same reply that they have received the consignment and I will receive my refund in 4-5 working days.
I AM STILL AWAITING MY REFUND.
Very Very Poor service just will see today as last day and will fire complain in Consumer court service for Homeshop18
