[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Millennium Tablet defective piece | |||
I received the Order on 2nd January and found the piece defective. I raised complain the same day with complain no[protected] and order no[protected]. I tried reaching them several times and I also send mail of the picture snap to [protected]@homeshop18.com. They did not call me after that and only send me message that my mobile is unreachable whereas I have not received any call from them. This is the third time i trust homeshop 18 and suffered. I am not sure if they will give me new piece as they are not responding to it. This time if I face issue I request people not to go for homeshop 18 as I cannpot trust the product sold by them nor homeshop 18. Was this information helpful? | |||
