Homeshop18 — Misrepresentation of quality of goods | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Richa Singh and I had purchased 5 bedsheets (Buy 4 get 1 free) for Rs. 2799 offer from HomeShop18 on June 19, 2015. The quality of the bedsheets mentioned on the website and those received were not the same. One of the bedsheets was clearly of lesser quality than advertised as the printing on the sheet had patches of white on a colored background. All the other bedsheets have dulled after just one wash and are not fit for use for their intended purpose rather have been relegated to being used as night-time covering sheets - very far away from the intention i had bought them. I would like to get compensation for 3 of the bedsheets either kind or in cash.
