Homeshop18 — Missing items have not been delivered

Dear All This is for your information that I had gave the order for 15 set jewellery set but once i opend the box i got only 13 sets and remaining two sets are missing. Since than 12 feb 2015 i had lodged the complain but till date i have not received the missing items. Just they are passing the time rather than solving the customer problem.
